- Account Data: Name, email, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
- Legal Evidence Data: When you upload .mbox files or connect email accounts, we process metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp) and message content to generate logs.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs via Cloudflare and Supabase.
2. How We Process Data (AI Disclosure)
In compliance with the 2026 AI Transparency Acts, we disclose that JobLog utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to categorize and summarize email data for evidentiary purposes.
- No Training: We do not use your uploaded legal evidence or personal data to train our models or any third-party AI models.
- Processing Only: AI is used strictly for the extraction and organization of facts from your data.
3. Data Storage & Security
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) using Supabase and Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Access Control: We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your data is only accessible to you.
4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
As a California-based company, we honor your rights to:
- Know: Request a list of the data we hold about you.
- Delete: Request the permanent deletion of your account and uploaded evidence.
- Opt-Out: We do not sell your personal data or legal evidence to third parties.
