JobLog is operated by Voxoid Inc. We read every message and prioritize issues that block you from producing an accurate job-search log.

2. .mbox upload & parsing issues

If the parser fails, the upload hangs, or your log looks incomplete, try the following before writing in:

  • Google Takeout: Export Mail and include the mailbox or label that actually contains your job-search messages (often "All Mail" or your primary inbox label). JobLog expects standard Gmail export .mbox files.
  • File size: Very large archives can fail in the browser. Create a smaller Takeout (narrower date range or fewer labels), upload that first, or try again on a stable wired connection.
  • Browser: Use an up-to-date Chrome or Edge window with extensions disabled for this site if uploads fail silently.

When you email support, include a short description of what happened, approximately how large the file is, and a screenshot of any on-screen error. That lets us reproduce the issue quickly.

3. Billing & Stripe

Charges and receipts are processed by Stripe. If a payment succeeded but the app did not unlock, use the in-app "Contact support" link on the payment screen or email support@joblog.legal with the subject line Stripe payment issue and the approximate time of checkout.

JobLog is a software tool for organizing evidence; it is not legal advice. We cannot interpret court orders or tell you what to file.
