JobLog is a software tool for data organization and evidence management. Voxoid Inc. is not a law firm, and our employees are not acting as your attorneys. The summaries and logs generated by JobLog do not constitute legal advice, legal strategy, or a legal opinion. Use of JobLog does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you upload.
• Verifying all AI-generated summaries against the original source documents before using them in legal proceedings.
• Ensuring you have the legal right to upload the email data provided to the service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Stripe: Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxoid Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to the loss of legal claims, evidentiary sanctions, or data breaches caused by third-party infrastructure.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Joaquin County, CA.
